Mixing Room Operative

Sutton recruitment are recruiting a reliable full-time Mixing Room Operative to help in the preparation of high quality mixes.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• To operate a clean and tidy mixing room
• Ensuring that all the mixes meet recipe specification
• Ensuring all Food procedures are followed
• All recipes must be followed
• All batch codes must be recorded accurately
• All batches must be labelled correctly
• Mixing room to be kept clean and tidy at all times
• All health and safety procedures must be followed when operating machinery or using knifes
• Report all issues to your line manager
• To complete relevant paperwork & checks
• Any damages to the equipment must be reported to manager
• Strong communicator and have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own

Previous food production experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Pay:
£12.21 per hour

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 07.00 – 15.00
Friday 07.00 – 13.00

Skills Required

This is a very physically demanding role which requires a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
