CNC Operator

Sutton Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced CNC Machine Operator. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience in CNC machining for door fabrication, and a passion for quality manufacturing, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

Operate and program CNC machinery for door fabrication
Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication manuals to ensure precision
Set up tools, load materials, and monitor machine operations for optimal performance
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain high-quality standards
Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and improve efficiency

Monday to Friday

Skills Required

Proven experience operating CNC machines in the door manufacturing or similar industry
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication manuals
Strong knowledge of machine settings, tooling, and material handling
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

CNC: 2 years (required)

Rate of Pay

£12.21 – £13.00 per hour
